Return policy
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, with in 30 days, let us know. If you would like a refund or exchange, please return the product on a timely basis in the same condition in which it was received.
Simply return the item with a brief note explaining the nature of the return, including a daytime telephone number where you can be reached. You may also contact us if you would like additional detail about our return process.

Limited Warranty
For one year from the date of purchase, Aerocoast will repair or replace flight cases with defects in material or workmanship. Replacement of product will be at our discretion, if we are unable to repair the item to our standards.
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. Aerocoast does not recommend checking of flight cases as luggage, and in such case the carrier is solely responsible for damages to your flight case.
Returns for claims under warranty, should be sent along with a brief note of explanation and a copy of your original receipt. Please include your return address and a daytime phone number.
