Although you may not have been charged for shipping on your original order, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the return amount credited. We will not refund the original freight charge or the freight charge for the return.

Returns & Replacements


Ordering

We will accept returns of un-used merchandise up to 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days, all sales are final.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, with in 30 days, let us know. If you would like a refund or exchange, please return the product on a timely basis in the same condition in which it was received.
Returned merchandise that is not in new condition, missing parts and/or literature, missing or damaged packaging may be assessed a 30% or $30 restocking fee, whichever is less. Aerocoast reserves the right to not accept returned merchandise that is not in like-new condition.
Simply return the item with a brief note explaining the nature of the return, including a daytime telephone number where you can be reached.  You may also contact us if you would like additional detail about our return process.

Limited Warranty

For one year from the date of purchase, Aerocoast will repair or replace flight cases with defects in material or workmanship. Replacement of product will be at our discretion, if we are unable to repair the item to our standards.
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper handling, damage due to overloading or normal wear and tear.  Aerocoast does not recommend checking of flight cases as luggage, and in such case the carrier is solely responsible for damages to your flight case.
The first thing you will want to do is take a photograph or two of the problem area of the product.  Next, describe the problem in a detailed email, including when and where you purchased your Aerocoast Bag.  Send the email to Service@aerocoast.com.  One of our support personnel will contact you within 48 hours of your email or on the Monday following if it is a weekend.
